Information Technology Services (ITS) maintains and develops the technological infrastructure and utilities that aid the CBU community with teaching, research, administration, and public service. The primary server platform is UNIX with a Windows operating system as a client platform; however, Macintosh users may connect to our network and services.
ITS supports 10 general purpose labs and 6 academic specific labs; in addition to providing Internet, email service with antivirus protection, multimedia, wireless access points, telephone service, cable TV, residence hall network access, and technical training for the campus community.
The Rosanne Beringer Center for Computer Studies in St. Joseph Hall houses the ITS department as well as a 24 hour lab (via card access) and the Help Desk which facilitates all requests for technical/multimedia assistance.
