Employers, are you looking to hire a CBU student, graduating senior, or experienced alumnus? We hope you'll consider attending one of our Fall Job Fair events. The event on Wednesday, October 8th will be targeting part-time opportunities, including internships and co-ops, while the event on Thursday, October 9th will target full-time opportunities. Click here for more details. Whether you need an intern, a part-time employee, or a full-time employee, we can help find a candidate who fits what you're seeking!
If you can't attend one our Job Fairs this year, you can always post available jobs with our office; simply EMAIL the job title/description, the qualifications, the academic majors you're seeking, and your contact information, and we'll take care of the rest. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
For more details on up-coming events, campus interviews, and more, check out this week's
Lifeline bulletin.
The Career Center is available to all students and alumni, to assist you at every stage of your career development journey. From deciding on a major, to finding the right job, and everything in between, our office can help you make the decisions that will be crucial to your future success.
RESUME REFERRAL PROGRAM: Students and alumni, if you have not registered (or updated) your resumes with our office, please do so as soon as possible! Many positions continue to come in year-round…part time positions, full time positions, internships, co-ops, and more:
-
If you have not registered with us before, bring 10 printed copies to our office, along with a waiver form (available in hard copy, or printable from our Web site), and email us an MS-Word copy as well. We need all items to complete your registration.
-
If you are updating resumes previously submitted to our office, you also should repeat the process described above…new waiver, new printed copies, and new Word copy emailed.
-
One you have found a position, please be sure to let us know, so that we can remove your resumes from circulation.
The Career Center receives many positions from companies year round. We automatically send resumes of students and alumni for any of these positions that are career-related (those related to specific academic majors). Are you in the program yet? You should be! This program is available to all students and alumni seeking full-time work, part-time work, internships, or co-ops; participating in this program is also the only way you can qualify for preselection for on-campus interviews! Want to get involved? Click here for more information.
