Please double-check E-Journals and CBU's online catalog to see if the library has full-text access to a journal before sending this form.

Allow at least 5-10 business days for an article.

Please pick up materials as soon as you are notified and return them to the ILL office by the due date.

You will be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred while borrowed material is in your possession.

EDUCATION STUDENTS: We can no longer obtain ERIC documents through interlibrary loan. This refers ONLY to items with the prefix "ED" listed in the accession number. These are all available on microfilm at the University of Memphis (in the periodicals department on the second floor). Note that we will still borrow a regular ERIC journal article (prefix "EJ") for you if it is unavailable at CBU.
