Students who wish to transfer from other colleges or universities will be considered if they are in good standing at the college of last attendance.  Christian Brothers University requires that transfer students submit an official transcript from every prior college or university.

College-level credits earned at other colleges or universities will be accepted by CBU if the credits meet CBU's transfer criteria.  Each case is considered individually.  In general, the institution granting the credit must be regionally accredited and the student must have earned a grade of "C" or better in the course.  A transfer credit analysis is normally done after a transfer student has been accepted for admission to the Professional Studies program at CBU.

Christian Brothers University has established transfer agreements with some local community colleges.  Students at these community colleges who plan to transfer to CBU after completion of their programs can be confident that certain credits will be accepted by CBU.  For more information about these agreements, contact the Professional Studies office.
