The 2009 class of the Memphis Business Journal "Top 40 Under 40" will be honored at a luncheon on November 13 at noon at the Hilton Memphis.
This year's awards are once again proudly sponsored by the Graduate & Professional Studies Programs at Christian Brothers University.
Young business professionals willing to share their talents by giving back to the community are the backbone of this city’s future.
For the 13th consecutive year, Memphis Business Journal's editorial staff had the difficult task of choosing 40 of these professionals under age 40 from a list of more than 200 strong candidates.
In addition to significant career accomplishments, their devotion to giving back to the community through volunteer service is what makes these young men and women shine. They represent a wide range of occupations from a variety of industries, illustrating the diversify of Memphis' economy.
CBU is proud to sponsor this event -- and doubly proud of its own members of the 2009 "Top 40 Under 40" class:
• Chris Kelley, Barret School of Banking at Christian Brothers University and MBA Class of 2006 • Andrew Prislovsky, Senior Director of Advancement at Christian Brothers University • Brian Thompson, Versatile Technology Group and CBU Class of 1997 • Kia Young Tate, STAR Academy and CBU Adjunct Instructor of Education
Congratulations to all those selected to the 2009 class!
