Courses are offered on Monday through Thursday evenings throughout the year. Each class meets one night a week for 15 weeks. This format supports a goal of completing all course work within two years.
2. Does the schedule of classes change from year to year?
No, the program remains consistent from year to year so that a student can develop a concrete plan for program completion.
3. Do any of your courses have prerequisites?
There are no prequisites in the Master of Engineering Management Program. This allows flexibility in course selection and entrance to the program in any semester.

Thesis in the Master of Science in Engineering Management Program. All other courses may be taken in any order. Again, this allows flexibility in course selection and entrance to the program.
4. Is this a program only for engineers?
No, this program was developed for engineers and other technical professionals.
5. Why is work experience a requirement for admission to the Master of Engineering Management Program?
The Master of Engineering Management Program requires the student to have at least three years of work experience in an engineering, scientific, or technical capacity. The student contributes by bringing experiences, opinions, and perceptions into the classroom for group discussions and team projects.
The Master of Science in Engineering Management Program does not require the student to have work experience. This program emphasizes the theories, concepts, and applications in an engineering or other technical environment.
6. I have already completed some graduate classes; can I transfer credits?
Up to nine hours of graduate credit may be accepted.
