Dr. Marion earned his B.S.Ch.E. (Chemical Engineering) from the South Dakota School of Mines &Technology, his M.B.A. from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea Ohio.  Dr. Marion earned his D.B.A at Memphis State University and also holds the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Dr. Marion is also a Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructor and has taught over xxx people how to swim.
