The Department of Fine Arts and Speech includes Art, Music, Theatre and Speech. The Department offers minors in Art, Music Performance and Theatre Arts.

Art
A minor in Art requires eighteen (18) credit hours of courses, including ART 101, 102, and 475. All art courses, with the exception of 475, can be taken in any sequence. Art 475 must be the last course taken for the minor.

Music Performance
A minor in Music Performance requires eighteen (18) credit hours, including MUSC 113 and 475, 3 hours of Private voice or Private Piano, CB Singers, and 6 hours of electives to be selected in consultation with the Fine Arts and Speech Department Chair.

Theatre Arts
A minor in Theatre Arts requires eighteen (18) credit hours, including CA 221, 475; 6 hours chosen from CA 315, 316 (same as ENG 315, 316), 317; 3 hours of Theatre Production Workshop; and 3 hours of electives to be selected in consultation with the Fine Arts and Speech Department Chair.
