CBU MEN'S BASKETBALL AND HOPE PRESBYTERIAN TEAM UP TO STREGTHEN BONDS BETWEEN FATHERS AND THEIR CHILDREN
Memphis --- The Christian Brothers University (CBU) men's basketball team will conduct the inaugural father/child "Brothers in Hope" basketball clinic at Hope Presbyterian on Saturday, October 11 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
"Brothers in Hope" is a clinic to help develop the relationship between a father and his children with teaching basketball skills on the court. The clinic is for children in Grades 3 - 8. In addition, the Center of Ethical Leadership will conduct a sportsmanship workshop through the initiative by the NCAA.
Cost for the clinic is $25 for each father/son pair; cost is $10 for an additional child to register. Registration fee includes lunch and clinic T-shirt for the first 30 pairs to register. All proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish Foundation through the NCAA Student Academic Advisory Committee (SAAC) at CBU.
