Tarbell and Maupin Join CBU Office of Graduate & Professional Studies
Kristi Tarbell has been named Director of Admissions for the Graduate and Professional & Studies department at Christian Brothers University (CBU). Tarbell returns to CBU from Strayer University where she held the positions of Campus Director, Retention Manager, and Admissions Officer at the Thousand Oaks Campus; and where she also earned a Master of Education. Tarbell previously worked at CBU as an Academic Advisor for the Evening Program and earned her Bachelor of Arts at CBU in psychology with minors in sociology and art.
Rick Maupin has joined the Office of Graduate & Professional Studies as Assistant Director of Graduate Programs. He comes to CBU from ESPN, where he served as Senior Account Executive for the Mid-South region. Maupin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
The Graduate & Professional Studies program at CBU is designed for working professionals who are serious about expanding their careers and learning with great instructors in accelerated eight-week courses. Individualized attention is provided in small classes that average 14 students. Bachelor degree programs are available in business administration, applied psychology, and teacher education. Master degree programs are available in engineering management, business administration, education and executive leadership.
